KITCHEN MANAGER (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**HRS PER WEEK)
Raheen Community Development Group CLG is looking for an energetic and
experienced KITCHEN MANAGER to join our team. The Kitchen Manager will
work closely with the Place to Grow Childare Service and ARC FRC
manager to manage and operate the kitchen facility in the Childcare
Centre for Raheen Community Development Group.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
* Catering experience, preferably in a similar environment
* HACCP training – the right candidate will be supported to
achieve this if not already held
DETAILS OF THE POST:
* Preparing meal plans and cooking healthy nutritious meals for
children and participants
* Maintaining HACCP records and other paperwork as required for
inspection purposes
* Ordering of all foodstuffs, taking of deliveries, shopping when
necessary and storing of food in appropriate environments as specified
under HACCP regulations.
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
SALARY: Dependant on experience
HOURS: *hrs per week
DAYS OF WORK: Weekly pattern will be agreed with the successful
applicant
